Write the comparison scope before collecting prices: server region, starting rank, current progress, target rank, service type, and the options you require. Keep that specification beside each quote. A price for a different route is a different offer, even when two product pages use the same headline.
Do not combine coaching, duo play, and a service that requires another person to access the account. Their deliverables and access requirements differ. Ask each provider to confirm what its quote includes, rather than inferring the work from a product name.

Compare the checkout total, not the advertised starting price
Capture the product configuration and the final checkout screen on the same date. Record the base quote, each selected option, any displayed taxes or payment charges, and the currency. Ask whether the provider can change the price after payment and what would trigger that change.
For your comparison sheet, use: comparable total = base quote + required options + displayed mandatory charges − discounts that apply to your actual order. Keep the discount conditions visible. A promotion requiring a new account or a minimum purchase may not apply to both offers.
A currency conversion belongs in a separate column. Record the conversion source and date rather than presenting a converted amount as the provider’s original quote. If the payment processor supplies a different final conversion, the receipt is the record of what you paid.

Use a unit price only when the work is comparable
A total divided by the number of agreed divisions or wins can help describe a quote. It cannot make different routes equivalent. Starting rank, progress, selected queue, region, and the requested service can change the work. Define the unit precisely and keep the total alongside it.
If a provider will not quote the exact configuration, record the limitation and leave that offer out of the price comparison. Do not estimate an unlisted checkout total from another route. An empty price means that the comparable amount has not been established.
A cheaper quote does not establish better delivery
Price research can establish what a provider advertised on a particular date. A receipt establishes a charge. Neither, on its own, establishes completion time, support quality, account handling, or whether a dispute was resolved. Those claims need their own evidence.
